Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at PUR Cold Pressed Juice. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

Order M-W by 11am PST (1pm CST or 2pm EST) for same day shipping (please allow 1-2 days for processing in peak times). Monday-Wednesday, orders over $175 qualify for free 2-3 day shipping. 

Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless Saturday delivery is chosen.

IMPORTANT: In order to keep your juices fresh and of the highest quality, we ship and plan for your order to arrive within 72 hours.  If you order AFTER 11:00am PST (1pm CST or 2pm EST) on Wednesday via regular standard shipping, please note your order will be shipping on MONDAY.

In order to process and ship your order, our MINIMUM purchase requirements are 6 bottles of juices, mylks, or lemonades, Or 12 shots. If your order does not meet our minimum requirements, our customer service team will try to reach you to update your order. If we do not receive a response from you after 24 hours we will proceed with canceling your order. 

If you would like Friday or Saturday delivery, please choose the preferred Overnight shipping and we will ship overnight Thursday or Friday for next day delivery. Please note, order must be make before 11:00am PST (1pm CST or 2pm EST) on Thursday and/or Friday in order to receive overnight shipping. 

In order to get the juices to you fresh and cold, we ship our orders via UPS to try to get them to you within 1-3 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates because of UPS delays, weather, or exceptions.

Delayed Orders

We make every effort to make sure your juices arrive fresh and quickly; however, we cannot control circumstances such as shipping delays from the carrier. If an item is delayed, please email us at orders@purcoldpressed.com for assistance.      

Delayed Item (juice arrives late and is no longer cold)

In the rare instance that an item arrives warm, we must have notice within 6 hours of receipt. We must receive photos of juices for warranty. Email us at orders@purjuices.com with the images of your product.  Please allow 24-48 hours for responses.  

Delayed Item (juice arrives late but cold) 

As we can't guarantee shipping times, if your juice arrives cold we cannot offer discounts or refunds.

High Volume 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Processing Times

We ship most orders received prior to 11 am PST (1pm CST or 2pm EST) same day.  Please allow 1-2 additional days for peak times.

International

We do not ship internationally.

 

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

* We do not offer free shipping outside of the continental US.  As shipping must be delivered within a set period, we will charge for a guaranteed / tracking delivery service for products to arrive in time to maintain freshness.  Various shipping options are available at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  We cannot control for these delays and cannot replace or refund any items due to a shipping delay.  We recommend clients purchase Route Package Protection for all orders.  Any delays due to UPS must be claimed directly with the carrier.  Please contact UPS directly at 800-742-5877 or at www.ups.com for assistance.

Please allow for 1-2 days for processing before shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Please enter your address at checkout to see availability of shipment for PO Boxes or APO/FPO.  We can only ship to places available at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Additional Shipping Fees, Customs, Duties and Taxes

PUR is not responsible for any additional fees including shipping, customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

PUR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact UPS directly at 800-742-5877 or file a claim at www.ups.com.  We cannot offer refunds as our products are perishable. See our Refund Policy for more information. Please take photos and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Delay

PUR is not liable for any products delayed during shipping. We recommend purchasing Route Package Protection with all orders at checkout.  If you received your order late, please file a claim with Route at www.claims.route.com.  If you have not purchased Route Package Protection, please contact UPS at 800-742-5877 or www.ups.com to file a claim. We cannot offer refunds as our products are perishable. See our Refund Policy for more information. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CONTINENTAL US

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the US.
